Fashion blogger, stylist, writer and TV personality — there’s little question that Jordan Dechambre wears more hats than Philip Treacy has designed for the royal family. But this self-proclaimed “busy body” lives for fashion and feature writing, and that shows in her unique resume that encompasses everything from a former life as a fashion editor to the host of Bon-Ton Department Stores’ New & Now fashion shows.
Today, Jordan continues to host and style fashion shows for local and national retailers, and has expanded her retail knowledge by performing in-depth fashion market research on behalf of top retailers throughout the U.S. With a brand ambassador client roster that includes BCBG, Ann Taylor, Bon-Ton, Wantable, Adrianna Papell, LOFT, Muk-Luks, Art Deco Cosmetics, Sebamed, Athena Alexander shoes, tehra&b and many more, Jordan has become an in-demand fashion expert for many of the nation’s leading brands and retailers.
As a featured fashion contributor to Milwaukee’s #1 morning show, “Real Milwaukee,” Jordan informs viewers “What to Wear Now: For Less,” shares fashion tips and tricks, and travels to New York Fashion Week to report on the upcoming seasons’ hottest trends. As an advocate for celebrating Milwaukee’s emerging fashion scene, Jordan organized Fashion’s Night Out Milwaukee and co-chairs and hosts the RunUp fashion show, featuring “Project Runway” contestants and local design talent.
In addition to her fashion career, Jordan is a public relations and social media consultant — with clients including Kimpton Hotels & Restaurants, Scottfree Salons, PUSH Functional Fitness, Le Chic Nail Boutique and more — and an avid writer. She has written for Ladies’ Home Journal, Milwaukee Magazine, M: Milwaukee’s Lifestyle Magazine, Wisconsin Bride and many others.
When she’s not traveling, Jordan loves to explore her adopted hometown of Milwaukee, and can often be spotted enjoying a glass (or two) of prosecco with friends, walking her rescue pup Charlie, and ruining her diet with a chocolate chunk cookie from Treat Bakeshop.
