The Velvet Goldmine
October 22nd, 2017
Lights, camera, fashion! Each season, Bon-Ton Department Stores (which includes Boston Store, Younkers, Carson’s, Bergner’s, Herberger’s, Elder-Beerman and Bon-Ton) brings a unique runway fashion show to some of its largest stores throughout the country. New & Now is a fall fashion extravaganza, which I am lucky enough to often host and style the fabulous looks that make their way down the runway.
This season, a few major trends punctuated the runway, and no trend is bigger than velvet. From dresses to tops, leggings, boots and so much more, velvet and velvet-look textures are the epitome of Fall 2017 style. Here are a few of my favorite velvet-posh looks from this fall’s New & Now shows.
Which velvet piece from Bon-Ton Department Stores will you be adding to your wardrobe this fall?
